Rue Saint-Lazare, facing the station. The Hilton Paris Opéra is a 4-star hotel whose lobby and bar also welcome passing customers. Comfortable armchairs and a luxurious setting: ask at reception before settling in, and order something.

Rue de Miromesnil, in the Miromesnil neighbourhood. Culottée Café offers quality breakfast, lunch, and pastries in a welcoming setting. Wi-Fi available and the place welcomes laptops. A classic but reliable café for a morning work session in the 8th.
