Former carpentry shop rehabilitated at the top of Côte des Basques, now an artists and craftspeople residence (architects, tattoo artists, photographers, illustrators) with a 12-station coworking space opened late 2023. Equipped meeting rooms, photo studio, kitchen space, shower, terrace. Creative and friendly atmosphere, more geared toward small resident community than pass-through coworking.
