Free unlimited Wi-Fi, and enough space to absorb crowds without saturation. Footfall is massively tourist, which can kill the calm at peak hours. For work, aim for mid-morning on weekdays and avoid weekends. The decor really deserves a visit, even for those who usually avoid chains.
