Lieu hybride de 1 500 m² rue de Paris : un food hall à plusieurs cuisines, la brasserie Uncle, un bar, la cave à vins Musette, un jardin et des espaces pop-up. L'office de tourisme le cite comme le nouveau lieu tendance briochin, avec le wifi pour s'y poser dans la journée, quand la grande salle est calme. Ouvert tous les jours dès 9h, jusqu'à 23h et 1h le vendredi et le samedi.
