The 15th arrondissement is the most populated in Paris, and yet it's one of the least known for remote work. Between the Vaugirard neighbourhood with its repurposed Petite Ceinture railway line, the Convention-Félix Faure area with its large brasserie-style cafés, Grenelle and its wide boulevards, and the quieter Lecourbe neighbourhood, the arrondissement offers a varied range of atmospheres. It's a residential, family-oriented territory that doesn't go for the spectacular — but it hides some good surprises.

The 15th has long been a blind spot for Parisian remote workers. But things are changing. Coworking spaces are setting up here, cafés are opening their doors to laptops, and original concepts are emerging. We've covered this sprawling arrondissement to bring you 10 spots worth the trip.

Voie 15

Rue de Vaugirard, in the former Vaugirard station on the Petite Ceinture. Voie 15 is an unusual coworking spot set up in a former railway station. The space is vast, with large tables, a terrace on the old tracks, and a unique atmosphere that blends industrial heritage with modernity. Wi-Fi, power outlets, quiet — everything you need to get work done.

Recommended by Les Alfredines, Wicofi, Sortir à Paris and Working Life. Open every day from 9am to 7pm (10am on Mondays and weekends). The setting is truly special — you don't get to work in a repurposed station above an old railway line every day.

Our favourite for the unusual setting and Petite Ceinture atmosphere.

Le Chat Mallows Café

Rue des Volontaires, Volontaires neighbourhood. Le Chat Mallows Café is a cosy, indulgent cat café. Donuts, hot drinks, and cats roaming between the tables. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, Wi-Fi is available, and laptops are welcome. It's an original spot for those who find that cats improve concentration.

Recommended by Sortir à Paris and Le Buro des Possibles. Open Wednesday to Sunday from 12pm to 8pm. Closed Monday and Tuesday. An unusual spot for afternoon work sessions.

Power outlets available, solid Wi-Fi, friendly staff who welcome laptops, large tables and a terrace for sunny days. The vibe is that of a real Parisian café — lively and welcoming.

Recommended by Les Alfredines and Working Life. Open every day from 7am to midnight. The extended hours are a real plus, and the brasserie format means you can have lunch and dinner on-site without moving.
