We're Adé and Thomas. We regularly work from cafés, on the road, in cities we don't always know. And every time, it's the same struggle.

In Tours, we had an important video call. We sat down in a café that looked great, ordered, opened our laptops. The WiFi was so bad the connection dropped every two minutes. Impossible to hold the call. We ended up finishing the meeting on mobile hotspot, frustrated. Then the battery died. Not a single power outlet in sight. Result: we spent more time hunting for a place to plug in than actually working.
In Aix-en-Provence, we stumbled across a café with a sunny terrace on the market square. We had 5G, the coffee was great, we were happy. But that was pure luck. We hadn't found anything in advance, hadn't planned anything. And that's the thing: when you arrive in a city you don't know, finding a place where you actually feel good working shouldn't be a matter of luck.
Deskover is the guide we wish we'd had in Tours that day. A curated selection of tested spots, with the info that matters, city by city. WiFi, power outlets, quiet, but also the vibe, the light, the coffee. Because a great spot to work is a place where everything works and you actually want to stay.
